Lumivent was established in 2019, consists of 26 students of BTEC LEVEL 3 in BUSINESS intake 4 of Cosmopolitan College along with 30 volunteers.
The charity run event was categorised into 3km and 6km and had a total of around 250-280 participants.
Yang Berhormat Khairunnisa Binti Haji Ash'ari from the Legislative council was the Guest of honour for this event she congratulate our students for organizng this event successfully.
This event was organised by the BTEC Level 3 Business Students (intake4) of Cosmopolitan College as part of the module Managing Business Events.
Cosmopolitan College has provided the students with an outstanding experience and hands on training for Organising events as per the industry practices, instead of limiting the lessons to classrooms only.
This is another example of our students who are ready for the industry and well equipped to overcome challenges and deliver outcomes.

GRADUATES were rewarded yesterday as Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology (CCCT) held its 12th Convocation Ceremony at The Empire Hotel & Country Club. The proceedings saw Dr Haji Abdul Aziz bin Haji Latip, Chairman of CCCT deliver opening remarks. "I am pleased to announce that this year Cosmopolitan College has produced another 355 new graduates," he said.
The range of courses included Level 1, Level 2, Diploma in IT and Business, HND in IT, Business Accounting, and Business and Management courses as well as LCCI Level 3 courses, NCC-ICB, NCC-IDB and Foundation Certificate to Higher Education (FCHE) and International Diploma in Gaming, Animation. and Technology (Informatics). The chairman congratulating the graduates said "You have done tremendously well, and you should be proud of your achievement "Of course, your success is also our success.
At CCCT we always place very strong emphasis on our teaching philosophy, that is, in creating a culture of excellence that challenges students to be transformed into successful managers, and even leaders and entrepreneurs. CCCT, albeit small, is a very ambitious institution, determined and committed to hoIistic education encompassing your mind, your body and soul. What this means is we place equal emphasis in education, skills development, sports, extracurricular activities, Malay Islamic Monarchy (MIB) activities and of course, learning.
"We continuously remind our team of lecturers, trainers and facilitators to provide academic knowledge topped with all the important skills in novel and creative ways, to ensure students will see the benefits when they enter the job market later. At CCCT as well, we use innovative platforms ,in our teaching and learning methodologies, which include the student management system, and also easy learning, where students can discover, interactive ways of learning and lecturers have the flexibility and convenience to assess students performance, their attendance and many other things."
Yang Mulia Ar.Awang Haji Marzuke Bin Haji Mohsin, Timbalan Menteri Pembangunan, Kementerian Pembangunan attended the convocation ceremony as the guest of honor, presenting certificates to the graduates. He also presented awards to excellent students.
Last Saturday night, 11th August 2018, Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology held it’s appreciation night at Parkview Hotel, Jerudong. Approximately about 200 students and staff of the college attended. The theme was Masquerade being the main highlight of the event.
The night was filled with entertainment performed by both students and staff of the college. The event started with a welcoming remark by COSMOPOLITAN COLLEGE STUDENTS.
The event was wholly organized by the Cosmpolitan College students, which was supervised by the management and members of the faculty. The program for the night included various performance by the students, lucky draws, a singing competition which managed to show off the students' hidden talents, special numbers from the staff of CCCT.
The night was a big success for the college as it has not only made many proud of the college’s achievements but it was also a night filled with fun and excitement.
It’s the time of the year where students leave the classroom and head on to the track field for Cosmopolitan College’s Annual Sports Day. On a bright sunny Saturday morning, 04th of August 2018, students and lecturers including the management of Cosmopolitan College of Commerce & Technology (CCCT) were at Stadium Padang dan Balapan at Bandar Seri Begawan, joining forces with their focus on the winning cup.
There were four house teams namely Amber, Saphhire, Jade and Amethyst. Each of which had it’s own set of will-powered team players comprising of students & lecturers.
The event was officially opened by a speech from the COSMOPOLITAN COLLEGE LECTURER (Cigu Mohammad) followed by a Marching pass and Team Cheer Activity which was led by Cosmopolitan College’s very own students.
Cosmopolitan College of Commerce and Technology (CCCT) recently had a Hari Raya gathering for the college’s students, staff and lecturers. The event began with a recitation of the Surah Al-Fatihah, followed by a speech from the Principal of CCCT Nadhirah binti Jambol and the reading of a poem.
The event saw a medley of Hari Raya songs and other tracks performed by the CCCT’s music club Voices of Cosmo, with students and lecturers joining in. It also featured games and presentation of prizes for the best-dressed male and female attendees.
