Cosmopolitan College proudly introduces carefully crafted student leadership programme (SLP) which is designed by K-MAS Management and delivered to understand good leadership behaviors, learn the difference between leadership and management, qualities and strengths, gaining insight into patterns, beliefs and rules, commitment and how to move forward. Handling stress and people around you, effective communication teamwork, empowerment, motivation, inspiring others, to lead by example and many more.

Cosmopolitan College started this pilot project with the new intake and the SLP was introduced to the students during the orientation programmes for the September intake which was held on 1st October 2018 at Paint Ball Arena in Jerudong. The leadership programme comes along with many fun activities and students enjoyed and also was able to learn many leadership qualities and other skills to survive in a competitive environment.
